1. What information do we collect?

When you enter FoxPro Answers, we collect your browser information (which typically includes browser type, version, host operating system and browser language) and IP address. FoxPro Answers uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and for other administrative purposes including, but not limited to, directing you to a geographically closer data center, providing you a registration page in your country's local currency. Most of the services offered on FoxPro Answers are only made available if we have certain information about you. 6. Disclosure of your personal information

8. Our storage of your personal information

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the services you have requested. If your membership with FoxPro Answers lapses, we will maintain your information for a reasonable period of time after it lapses to permit you re-establish your membership and maintain any benefits you accrued while your prior membership was in effect. In some circumstances it may be necessary to retain your personal information to deal with any disputes. Accordingly, FoxPro Answers may store messaging transcript data (including message content, member names, times and dates) arising from the use of FoxPro Answers Community services for a period necessary to fulfill such purpose. Your personal data will be stored on our backup system, which is kept in case of loss of data. It may be that where data is lost, the personal data held on you as part of our backup system is used to restore your account to its status before the loss of data.
